Meet Your Hosts: The Richardsons
We are proud to own eight beautiful condos at Blue Surf — a place that has meant so much to our family over the years. Long before we became owners, we traveled to Miramar Beach with our children when they were younger, creating the kind of beach memories that stay with you forever. Those experiences are what inspired us to invest here and share this special place with others.
We are originally from Louisville, Kentucky, where we own and operate a property management company, and we are truly excited to extend that same level of care and personal attention to our condos in Miramar Beach. When you book with us, you are booking directly with the owner — not a third-party management company — which means better communication, personalized service, and a genuine commitment to your stay.
Blue Surf truly offers one of the best locations in Miramar Beach. Its unique horseshoe-shaped design allows every two-bedroom unit to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Just a few short steps separate you from the sugar-white sands that Destin is famous for.
For our family, Blue Surf has always been the perfect fit. The open green space is where our kids have played Frisbee and thrown a ball for hours. The courtyard pool is just steps away from the condos, making it easy to bounce between pool time and beach time.
